Our Mission

The Talent for Tomorrow (TFT) Alliance is a collaborative project of Washington, DC area non-profit organizations working purposefully to close racial, income, and opportunity gaps in the workforce. Program participants from each organization are encouraged to take advantage of programming offered by the other Alliance members to support in enhancing their personal, career, and academic growth.

Volunteer

Each of the Alliance partners have a myriad of volunteer opportunities including mentoring, career advising, mock interviews, career shadowing, and much more. We’d love for you to share your talents with aspiring professionals.

Donate

Any donation you make directly impacts the students we work with. There are many ways you can choose to give:  recurring gifts, wire or mobile transfers. We appreciate all you do to make this alliance happen.
