The Talent for Tomorrow Alliance is an innovative collaboration of DC area non-profit organizations that are joining together to close racial, income, and opportunity gaps in the workforce. The current alliance members are:

Provides mentorship and a community of support for young adults to chart their own paths to achieving college and career success.

Provides young adults with technical and career readiness skills training, work-based learning experiences, and access to quality job pathways.

Provides high school students and college-aged students with workforce skills training, paid IT and business internships, professional certifications, and college and career counseling.

Supports young people through community college and other post-secondary education paths with academic scholarships, academic and career advising, and mentoring.

Per Scholas_framed.png

Per Scholas provides adults (ages 18+) with tuition-free professional development, employer connections, and rigorous, industry-driven training and certifications for tech careers.
